MSC will manage the entire executive search process, from identifying suitable source companies, finding individuals to negotiating job offers/salaries and start dates. You, the client can have the confidence and trust when using our Retained Service because our guarantees ensure quality and commitment from all parties involved.

The Contingency Service that MSC offer still maintains our high level of first class delivery. However, we cannot guarantee an identical caliber of candidate compared to those secured via the retained route.



The process begins with our research team feeding up-to-date information to the headhunting team. An active approach is discretely made to targeted individuals. Suitable candidates then participate in a minimum of three interviews, with those fully meeting the brief passed through for client interview. And, should the successful candidate leave within 12-months ( 6 months for non-board level ) we'll fill the vacancy again, at no extra cost.

There are significant advantages to using a Retained Headhunting service. Whereas the industry norm relies heavily on databases, the MSC Retained service is purely research-based in nature.
